Lusha is the Principal solicitor of CFS Legal. Lusha has over 10 years of legal industry experience, she was an experienced investigator, has conducted complicated investigations, and achieved desired outcomes for clients. She is a highly analytical problem solver with in-depth research skills.
Throughout the past five years, Lusha represented parents in family disputes, she observed difficulties between parties when they were going through a separation, especially when the child is involved. Lusha not only provides strategies to solve your separation and custody issues, but also she focuses on your children’s best interests while guiding you carefully through the legal process.
Lusha believes that everyone is different, and she always communicates with her clients with respect. She respects their issues and views. She explains the legal process, your rights, and obligations in clear and simple language, and takes time to find out the best solution, that is tailored to your circumstance.
